Yes. Switch to Full Site mode to crawl an entire website — ScrapingJutsu follows internal links and aggregates data across all pages into a single response.

Is web scraping legal?

Scraping publicly available data is generally legal in most jurisdictions. Always review the target site's robots.txt and Terms of Service. ScrapingJutsu is designed for legitimate data extraction, research, and developer use cases.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScrapingJutsu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScrapingJutsu provides a web scraping API and online tool that allows users to extract structured data (images, links, metadata, emails, technology stack) from publicly accessible websites. The Service operates on a credit-based model — one credit is consumed per page scraped.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API key.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Scrape websites that prohibit scraping in their robots.txt or Terms of Service without authorization.
Collect personally identifiable information about individuals without their consent.
Bypass authentication systems, paywalls, or access controls.
Conduct DDoS attacks or send excessive requests that harm target servers.
Distribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased as one-time packs and never expire.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase — contact us at support@scrapingjutsu.com.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits are unaffected.

6. Rate Limits

To ensure fair use for all users, the Service enforces rate limits on scraping requests. Free (unauthenticated) use is limited. Authenticated users with credits may scrape at higher rates within the limits of their plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if we detect abusive usage patterns.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ScrapingJutsu and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you extract using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your requests to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee results from any specific scraping request, as target websites may block or change their structure at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScrapingJutsu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits at time of termination for cause are forfeited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
